Timothy J. Steffan, Our Founder and President

Timothy J. Steffan established Steffan Real Estate Advisors Group by utilizing the experience he gained as a retail and commercial real estate expert for more than 30 years. He has the unique qualifications of having mixed-use experience across retail, commercial office, and multifamily sectors.

In addition, Timothy has overseen large operating groups and individual divisions within operating groups, such as leasing, asset management, property management, marketing, mixed use development, and branding or sponsorships. 

Timothy held senior executive level positions in multi-billion dollar, publicly traded, commercial real estate companies. He has also worked in the following fields:
